As a parent and entrepenuer, I felt the constant pull between my career goals and the desire to be present for my children. The Well was born from a personal need for a space that offered the focus of a premium office with the peace of mind that only high-quality, on-site childcare provides.
My background in event design and early childhood community building allowed me to curate every detail of The Well. We've replaced the sterile corporate cubicle with a warm, supportive space that celebrates the modern working parent.
